My career as a working drummer began when I was 13. I have had the honour of recording and performing with some tremendous musicians and bands. Recently, I've done a lot of recording and supporting tours with Smith and Dragoman, a fantastic world music band, Waleed Abdulhamid one of Canada's greatest multi instrumentalists, Grammy-nominee John Ebata, as well as the group Red Heaven.

I have the honour of playing TRS Custom Drums exclusively. These instruments are made by a true craftsman, Seppo Salminen.

Recording technology blows my mind. Today, state of the art recordings can be produced from a bedroom, subway, lighthouse, outhouse... affordability of home recording and professional high fidelity results have revolutionized and disrupted the recording industry. However, you still need good musicians with experience playing under the recording microscope to do the work. Over many years I have painstakingly built a high caliber recording studio allowing me to track drums from home for a variety of artists.
